Does your order not quite meet your expectations? Then you have the right to return it at your own cost within 14 days. This period starts on the day after you receive the product.
A return is only possible if the product and its packaging have been handled with care. The product may only have been unpacked or used to the extent needed to assess it. It must also be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied.
